  • You must have the authority to bind the company or organization you represent.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Description of Service

SkillWatch is a software platform that helps organizations streamline performance management and feedback process through:

  • Goal and KPI setting
  • KRA-based performance reviews (Results, Knowledge & Skill Growth, Attitude Fitment)
  • 360-degree feedback cycles
  • Review scheduling and reminders
  • Slack integration for feedback, notifications, and appreciation messages
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards

4. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your login credentials or access with unauthorized users.
  • Any activity occurring under your account will be your responsibility.

5. User Conduct

When using SkillWatch, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the platform’s security or integrity.
  • Upload or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates any laws.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code from SkillWatch.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and features on SkillWatch are owned by SkillWatch or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. SkillWatch collects and processes user data for features such as performance tracking, feedback, reviews, goal setting, and analytics. You retain ownership of your data, and we do not sell your personal information.

8. Subscription and Payments

  • SkillWatch is free for companies with a team size of up to 500 users.
  • Larger teams or those requiring additional features may be subject to paid plans.
  • All pricing, billing, and renewals will be governed by the plan selected and communicated during onboarding.

9. Termination

SkillWatch may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Your usage threatens the security or stability of the platform
  • Your organization requests deactivation

You may also request to delete your account at any time.

10. Slack Integration

By enabling Slack integration:

  • You allow SkillWatch to post reminders, feedback prompts, and appreciation messages.
  • We only access channels and information explicitly permitted by you.
  • You may disable Slack integration at any time via your admin settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillWatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

12. Modifications to Terms

SkillWatch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
