Is there any minimum user requirement for using the Skillwatch application?

There is no minimum user requirement, but this application is made for companies having at least 2-5 active users.

What is Skillwatch's Cancellation/ Refund policy?

We do not offer any refunds, but we offer a 3 months free trial of our software so that you can be confident that the software meets your requirements.

How can I subscribe?

In order to start using Skillwatch, select your desired plan and click on ‘Try for Free or Start Free Trial’ to subscribe.

How will the invoice be generated for the monthly plan?

At the end of every month, the total active users will be calculated and the invoice will be either sent by email or will be uploaded to the Org Admin Invoice section. The invoice amount needs to be paid at the end of every month, within 15 days after invoice generation.

How will the invoice be generated for the annual plan?

For the annual plan, the invoice amount needs to be paid first i.e. within one month after the free trial. After every 3 months, active users will be calculated, and based on additional users, an updated invoice will be sent.

Do you offer discounts for partners?

Yes, we do offer discounts for 300+ active users company. You need to select the customized plan and contact our sales team.

Do I need to sign a contract?

There is no contract. If you are not happy with the value you are getting, you can cancel the subscription anytime and can take a backup of the employee’s performance and feedback by downloading it from your account.

For how long will the prices be valid?

The price at which you sign up will be valid for 2 years and after that based on market standards, the rates will be revised.
